Grant t o Garseus son of Peter, king's serjeant, and his heirs, of two
houses late of Nicholas de Hereby i n t h e c i t y of L o n d o n ; as i t appears by mquisition made by Hugh son of Otto, constable of t h e Tower of London, the bailiffs of the said city, and Walter Hervy, escheator in the said city, that they are the king's escheats by the forfeiture of the said Nicholas in the time of the disturbance : saving the right of anyone. |
