demise in frankalmoign to hugh de garscherche to London bride for the love of god and the salvation of his soul and of the soul of his father and mothers, his ancestors and successors for the term of four years as from michaelmas following the return of king john wit hte first army of ireland (aug 1210) of 12d annual rent from his captial messuage in the parish of all hallows de garscherche; and after the expiration of the said term the grantor will warrant the rent aforesaid to the work of london bridge in perpetuity
