Friday after the Feast of St. Peter ad Vincula [i Aug.] came
Martin de DuUingham and Philip le Tannour, of the parish of
St. Botolph without Alegate, and acknowledged themselves
jointly and severally bound to Geoffrey de Nortone, Alderman,
in the sum of £32 ; to be paid by quarterly instalments of 4OJ.,
commencing at Christmas. At the same time the said Martin
covenanted to keep the said Philip harmless in respect of the
said money.
