Middx.] A. 1912. Grant by John, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity,
London, to Baudrey the Fishmonger of land with buildings thereon by
Rederesgate in the parish of St. Botolph Billingesgate, London, that
Ralph, priest of the church of St. Magnus, formerly held ; paying a marc
yearly. The buildings are worth 10 marcs, which Baudrey or his heirs are
bound to pay the canons if they wish to give up the tenement. Witnesses :
John de Tulesan, Mayor of London, Thomas de Wymburn, William de
Dunohn', sheriffs, Ralph Sperling, Thomas de Dunelm'. Robert Hardel,
William son of Richard, Nicholas Bat, Robert de Cornhell, aldermen, and
others (named). February, 37 Henry III. Seal.
