14 Sept. Tower of London. Surrey. Order to the sheriff of Surrey to place in respite the demand he makes by summons of the Exchequer from William son of Benedict, citizen of London , for the debts of the Jews for Richard de Vaubadon, until upon his account at Michaelmas forthcoming, so that then inquisition can be taken by the rolls of the Exchequer as to what lands or tenements of the same Richard are pledged to the Jews for that debt, and so that it may be known by the same inquisition from which lands distraint ought to be made for the debts.
