Noveritis nos, communi consilio et assensu totius capituli nostri, concessisse et hac carta nostra confirmasse Radulfo aurifabro et heredibus suis terram nostram sub Castello Bainardi, habentem in longitudine quinquies xxti pedes, in latitudine xlij pedes: illam videlicet quam Gauterus filius Roberti et heredes sui domui nostre in elemosinam dederunt et cartis suis confirmaverunt.
