Monday before the Feast of All Saints [i Nov.], 12 Edward I.
[A.D. 1284], was read in full Husting4 in Pleas of Lands a certain writing whereby Roger de Combe, feliper, and Isabella his wife demised to Adam de Blakeneye I mark annual quitrent which the said Isabella had by bequest of Agnes her mother, the same being reserved on a house which Robert le Sayer gave to Richard de Dunstaple in free marriage with Johanna his daughter, situate in the parish of St. Andrew Huberd. To
hold the said quitrent for a term of thirteen years from
Christmas, anno 1285, or until the executors of Henry de
Farnham are satisfied of a debt due from Stephen, son of
Robert le Sayer aforesaid. Witnesses, Henry le Waleys,
