Grant, indenture, by John de Breymford, chaplain, to Adam de Montacute (monte acuto) and Alisia his wife of his tenement in parish of St mary Magdalene Old Fish Street (ad veterem piscariam) lying between the tenement of the same john towards the s. and the tenement formerly belonging to Geoffrey le Lung towards the N, and the king’s highway towards the E, and the tenement formerly belonging to Adam le Cornwaleys towards the W; for an annual rent of 19s payable to the grantor and of 6d to the Hospital of St james, and of 2s 6d to the canons of Holy Trinity.
