Grant, indented, by Walter, proctor of the Hospital of St Giles, London, with the assent of Andrew Bukerel, warden of the house, and the whole chapter, to Yorin Walensin of certain land which they had of the grant of Gilbert le Champeneys in the parish of St Benet de Garchurch; between the land of Romin de Graschurche to the N, an the land of Benet the goldsmieht to the S, for an annual rent of 1mk, saving the 2 1/2 mks due in alms, of the gift of Walter Brun, to the Hospital of Sandone.
