Release and quitclaim by John de Brokel' (brockele), brother of the Bridge House (Confrer domus Pontis London'), to Sir Henry le Waleys then mayor, and the commonalty of the city of London and the wardens of London Bridge, of all his rights in the manor of Lewesham belonging to the Bridge-house aforesaid, which he had in virtue of the demise formerly made to him for the term of his life by Gergory de Rokesle and Nicholas de Wibton', wardens of the Bridge. Sealing clause. Dated St Barnabas's day, 26 Ed I (12??) (June 11th 1283).
