Release to Matthew Bukerel, citizen of London, of the king's indignation and rancour for divers trespasses charged against him and other citizens by the whole commonalty of London before the king, and admission of him into the king's grace and favour.
Mandate to the mayor and sheriffs of London and the other
barons of the said city not to molest him because of this, but to
restore him. to his former estate, and hold him as recommended in his
affairs for the future, so that the king may have reason to owe them
