[Middx.] A. 2250. Grant by Hugh de Ver, Earl of Oxford, to John de Gisorz,
citizen of London, for 60/. and a cask of wine, of his messuage in the parish
of St. Michael of Paternostercherche ; paying him yearly a pair of gilt
spurs or 6d., to the chief lords of the fee 4d., 20d. to St Bartholomew's
hospital, and half a marc to Holy Trinity, London. Witnesses: Peter
son of Alan, Mayor of London, Simon son of Mary and Laurence de Frowic,
