[Middx.] A. 2227. Grant by James son of Robert Long, citizen of London, to
Richard, the prior, and the canons of Holy Trinity, London, for 40*., of
40d. yearly quit rent in London from his dwelling house in the parish of
St. Benedict, Garschereche, in addition to 10*. yearly he already pays for
the said messuage. Witnesses : Roger son of Roger, Mayor of London,
John de Tulesane and Ralph Hardel, sheriifs, John, rector of St. Martin's
