Westminster, sworn on the Gospels before the king that he will not take any of his
goods to Flanders during the contention between the king and the
countess of Flanders or deal with Flemings, to export 100 sacks of
wool bought in the realm for his own use which he can prove he did
not buy from Flemings or Hainaulters, until Easter,
