in Eggeswere and Stanmere, in men, rents, and all issues, paying Adam 30*.
yearly for his life. If Henry die without heir by his wife, the land shall
revert to Adam, saving dower for Henry's wife ; if Adam die, Henry shall
be quit of the 30s., and shall provide dower for Dionisia, Adam's wife.
