Saturday next after the Feast of St. Swythin [15 July], the same year, a final concord was made between Henry de Hereford, vintner, on the one part, and Ralph Hardel and John his brother on the otherj whereby the said Ralph and John bound themselves to pay the said Henry ten casks of wine of the
value of 20, if they should be the cause of any dispute with the said Henry. The deed enrolled in the presence of Poncius de la More, William de Durham, and Hugh Motun, Chamberlain. |
