The same day was read a certain writing wherein Thomas
Romeyn acknowledged that he had delivered to Geoffrey, son
of Stephen de Mundene, two deeds whereby the said Stephen
had conveyed to him two tenements and a shop in the parishes
of H. Trinity the Less and St. Matthew de Fridayestrate, and
the said Geoffrey had confirmed to him a lease of a tenement in
the parish of St. Antonin. He quitclaims to the said Geoffrey
all his claim to the above tenements under the deeds aforesaid
with the exception of the warranty to the above tenements.

Leycestre, Walter Hauteyn, Richard le Furners, William de
Bettoyne, Simon Godard, William de Somersete, clerk, and
