Monday before the Feast of St. Dunstan [19 May], 14 Edward
I. [A.D. 1286], a writing was acknowledged whereby
Roger Gerard, fishmonger, and Dionisia his wife demised to
John de Foleham an annual quitrent of 2Os. issuing from a
tenement inhabited by John de Depe in the parish of St.
Magnus. To hold for a term of sixteen years from Michaelmas.
