Quitclaim from Alice daughter of Godfrey de Berkinges to (Guy de Russillon) Dean, and the chapter of st. martin's le grand, London of her dower or free bench in that whole stall in London market, and in all shops and rents in New street, which formerly belonged to Hervey (blund) 'Correarius' and which william his son, the said Alice's husband, leased to the above dean and chapter, because of most pressing needs, and of the ruin of the said stall, which they themselves could not rebuild.
