[a.d. 1297], came Simon de Paris, Nicholas Pikot, and Ralph
Godchep, " mercers," in the presence of Salomon le Cotiler,
Alderman,' and acknowledged themselves bound to John le
Blound and William de Bettoyne in the sum of £7 6^. 8^/. ;
to be paid about the Feast of H. Trinity, and unless, &c. |
