Grant from William de Braclewelle, Capellanus, to the Dean and Chapter of St. Martin's le Grand, London, of a shop to make a double feast of St. Nicholas in St. Martin's Church, and to make the obits of Ingelric, founder of the said church, and of William de Turri, a moiety of which shop he held of Henry de Winton, 'Allutarius', and Agnes his wife, and the other moiety by lease from Christina Rufa of Bassieshaw, and it is situate in Sopereslane in St. Pancras parish, being the 4th. shop from the great street of Westcheape. Paying thence yearly one clove of garlic. Witn. John Adrian, Mayor of London, (Henry le) Waleis, and Gregory de Rokelleye, sheriffs, walter Hervi , alderman (of Cheap ward) and others.
