Sulberi," conveyed to Edmund Horn a certain house5 with free
LETTER-BOOK A. 1 67
access to the Thames, situate near the houses of Walter le
Blound and Luke le Ayler. To hold for a term of thirteen
years from the morrow of the Blessed Virgin Mary, A.D. 1 286,
at an annual rent of lOs., which is prepaid for the whole term.
The lessors quitclaim the property free from all wharfage
demands that can be made in respect of the said house.
Witnesses, Sir Ralph de Sandwych, Warden of the City;
Walter le Blound, John Wade, Josep le Akatur, Alderman of
the Ward,1 Adam de Foleham, Robert Lambin, John de Foleham,
John Bener', William Jurdan, Milo de Oystergate, William
