indenture gant by thomas cros and edmund horn, bridgewardens, to williamde stroteford (sic.), glover, of a shop of th efee of the bridge aforesaid, with all the appurtenances and liberty of passage (cum omibus pertinenciis et aisiamentis suis sub eodem shopa usque in profunditate thamisie existentibus) beneath the same; the which shop extends from the shop of adam de foleham, mayor o nthe W, as far as the arch of the said bridge on the E, and form the tenemnt of the grantee on the N, to the tenement of the same bridge on the S. annual rent of 5s. and if the rent fall into arrears and adequate distress are not found in the shop aforesaid, the grantors have power to distrain upon the next tenement of the grantee, towards the N.
