18 May came Henry Faukes and Seman de Waledene and
acknowledged themselves jointly and severally bound to Nicholas
24 CALENDAR OF LETTER-BOOKS.
Pikot, Alderman,' in the sum of lOOs.; to be paid, viz., one
moiety at the Feast of St. Peter ad Vincula and the other at
tii/ ijuia Michaelmas, &c. ; and unless, &c. And be it remembered that
the said Nicholas has also a letter obligatory of the aforesaid
Henry and Seman for the said debt, which letter he agrees
shall be void on payment of the money. |
