130 Grant by Agnes, called le Cok (s), wife of the late Thomas le Herberior, to Simon de Pabenham, mason, of a tenement and land against the horspol of Smithfield between a tenement bought by Simon from the said Thomas in the S. and that of Agnes la Longe in the N., ext. from the highroad in the E. to the land of the brethren of Simplingham in the W. Agnes also grants Simon ioid. q. rent which Agnes la Longe used to pay her and 2. id. q. rent which Simon used to pay her for the tenement which he bought from Thomas le Herberior.
