grant and quitclaim by john de broynford, clerk, and matilda graspeis, executors of he will of godard, late chaplain of london bridge, to the wardens and brethern of the same bridge, of 45s 4d annual quit rent devised byte hsaid godard to maintain a chantry in the chapel of the bridge aforesaid; to wit. 14s from a plot of ground with houses etc in the parish of st martin without ludgate, which william fitz prudence, chaplani bequeathed to lecia (sic. rectius) leticia) his servant, and which henry de Friday strate, chaplain, sold to the testator; and 18s which the testator had of the feoffment of john derekyn, viz., 8sfrom a shop and solar in the parish of st leonard, estchepe, situated between the tenement of the canons of holy trinity, alegate on the N and the tenement of geoffrey de chesewyk on the s, and 10s formerly payable to the testaot by the warden and brethern aforesaid from two shopo with solars situated outside the stone gate of london bridge in the direction of suwerk on the w side between the tenements of the same warden and brethern on either hand; and 1m which the testator bought of albin de garscherche payable form a tenement in the parish of st benet garscherche, situated between the royal highway going towards fancherche on the s, on a corner (in quadam corneria), and the tenementof john willemyn on the N going towards cornhulle
