Saturday the Feast of St. Gregory [12 March] came Master
William de Apperle before Geoffrey de Norton, Richer de
Refham, Alderman, and Symon de Parys, Chamberlain, and
acknowledged that the sum of 60 marks which " Gido " Bertaud,
of the society of the Spyni,'' received together with damages,
which sum Laurence Hugolyn, partner with the said " Gydo,"
