Tuesday before the Feast of St. Margaret [20 July], 30 Edward
I. [a.d. 1302], came Henry de Boudene in full Husting
before the Mayor and Aldermen and acknowledged himself
bound to Thomas, son of Thomas de Oxford, Adam his brother,
and Cecilia and Johanna his sisters in the sum of £100 ; to be
paid, viz., £30 at Michaelmas and Christmas, and £40 at Easter.
Thomas de Suffolk and William de Reed become sureties for
the payment of £40, and William de Coumbe Martin, Peter de

Blakeneye, William Vincent, and Ralph de Araz sureties for
the remainder. |
