Allocate to William de Glouc', keeper of the exchange, in the issues thereof, 300 marks delivered in the wardrobe at Westminster to Aubrey de Fiscampis and Peter de Winton, clerks thereof, on Wednesday, the vigil of St. Leonard, to buy horses against the king's last voyage beyond seas, as witnessed by t he said clerks ; and 30 marks of silver in lieu of 3 marks of gold of which he made two vials of the king's gift to serve the high altar of the church of Westminster .
