Contrabreve to cause William de Plessetis, king's clerk, to have 60 coloured cloths, as he will declare, to make the king's liveries against Whitsuntide; to deliver to him the 318 pairs of shoes for distribution to the poor for which they have the king's writ of computate (i.e. contrabreve, p. 231) ; and to let him have such carriage as he may need ; all out of the farm *[and tallage] of their town.
