Grant to Thomas son of Thomas, mayor of London, and his heirs and assigns, for a fine of 200 marks which he will pay in the wardrobe on the morrow of the Decollation of St. John the Baptist next; of the
wardship of the lands and heirs of Robert le Blund, tenant in chief; with wards, knights' fees, dowers, advowsons of churches, escheats and all other things that can pertain to such wardships or wardens;
with the marriage of the heirs.
Mandate to the tenants to be intendant to him. * .*
Mandate to the escheators in the counties of Essex, Wilts and Stafford
to give him seisin from the date of this grant of the lands in their
bailiwicks which were taken into the king's hands by occasion of the
death of the said Robert. |
