897. Peter de Frowyc.
Writ (missing). Verdict of the men of the ward {ciistodia) of Adam de Basing
concerning the lands, &c. which were of the said Peter (undated.)
London. 13 shops, 1 upper chamher and a cellar (names of tenants given),
worth 81. 16s. 8d. From which are due to the canons of Mertone 40s., to
the canons of St. Bartholomew 5 marks, to the hospital of St. Bartholomew
5s. 4tZ., and to the hospital of St. Katharine 1 mark. Master Thomas Eswy holds the chief house in Ismongerelane, which he recovered from the said
Peter in the Husting (court) by the king's writ by default made by the said
Peter, and it is now let for 100s. yearly, and there are due to the lords of the
fee 47s., and to John Adrian, draper, i mark, and 2hl- for the king's scotage.
