Grant by John Derkyn, citizen of London, to Godard, chaplain, of London bridge, 20s annual quit rent viz., 10s from a shop and solar in the parish of St leonard, estchepe, between the land of the canons of Holy Trinity by Alegate on the N, and the land of Geoffery de Cheswick on the S., and 10s from two shops with solars lying outside the stone gate of London Bridge Towards Suwerk’ on the W side., between the land of the wardens and brethern of the said bridge on either side; rendering therefor 1d yearly at christmas. ‘Gersuma 15m’
