A. 1643. Grant by Alice, late wife of Master Roger the Leech
(Medici), to Holy Trinity, London, of Ws. yearly quitrent that Robert
Long is wont to pay for lands he holds of her in the parish of St. Benedict
of Garschech. The said Robert shall pay her or her assign in addition 4*.
yearly, to be paid the monks of Reading. Witnesses : Richard son of
Renger, alderman, William Wilekin, Benedict the Goldsmith, and others
(named).
Endorsed : " Modo Matild' Chaunpeneys, postea Simon de Kydemenstre,
post Arnadus Chaundeler."
