reemtn for an exchange betwee william son of ralph de frowik and john his brother whereby john grants to william his elder brother in perpetuity: land and a stone house and garden in st peter, paul's whaft, london, abutting E. on John's land, w. on land formerly held by alan son of peter, running s. to n. from the fee of the hosptial of st john the bapist to william's capital messuage; rent 12d and 3s 6d for the kitchen of wiliam's house which stands on the fee of st. bartholomew's hpsital. Wiliam grants to jhn: 2 houses adjacent to the said kitcehn on the fee of st bartholomew's hospital, a rent in dowgate formerly belonging to jukellus the alderman; 12s rent from land formerly held by harvey the weaver in st peter paul's whaft par. ; 5s rent from land in seacole land formerly held by walter Lymban', a grange outside goswell bar and all his reight in land etc formerly held by richard chaplain in st michael cornhill par. rent 1/2 cumin or 1d. witnes. mr john penitenciary of lodnon, william de ripa, robert son of john, alderman, william viel, henry de claye, edric the dyer, hugh the dyer, henry de oxonia, walter the buckler, john spurun and ralph prutin.

Agreement for an exchange between William son of Ralph de Frowik and John his brother whereby John grants to William his elder brother in perpetuity: land and a stone house and garden in St. Peter, Paul's Wharf par., London, abutting E. on John's land, W. on land formerly held by Alan son of Peter, running S. to N. from the fee of the hospital of St. John the Baptist to William's capital messuage; rent 12d. and 3s. 6d. for the kitchen of William's house which stands on the fee of St. Bartholomew's hospital. William grants to John: 2 houses adjacent to the said kitchen on the fee of St. Bartholomew's hospital; a rent in Dowgate formerly belonging to Jukellus the alderman; I2S. rent from land formerly held by Harvey the Weaver in St. Peter, Paul's Wharf par.; 5s. rent from land in Seacole Lane formerly held by Walter Lymban'; a grange outside Goswell bar and all his right in land etc. formerly held by Mr. Richard chaplain in St. Michael, Cornhill par.
