Confirmation by Henry Bucuinte, son of Adam Bucuinte, to John son of Walram of the grant by the said Adam to him of the land that Walram held in Eggeswere of the fee of William de Reimes, between land of the abbey of St. Albans and the high road to Watford, over Grimmesdich, land by Grimmesdich, and all the land in front of that of the canons of St. Bartholomew, paying 2s. 6d. yearly: and release of all right in the land he claimed against Andrew Blund and Lucy his wife the King's Court at Westminster, whereupon they had called John to warranty.
