1243 Grant by brother Stephen, proc. of SBH, to William (s) son of Simon de Renham of land as in 1241 and of one acre of land in Renham granted by Roger de Cramaville to sm. William must deliver each year to SBH a çertain quantity of the produce of this property and SBH will receive one-third of the produce and animals at the death of William.
