[before 1249] Grant by Osbert, chaplain (capellanus) and rector of the church of St. Mary de Bothaghe, for the salvation of his soul, to the church of St. Saviour Bermundsey of half of the land with a house built on it which Walter BokereLleased in fee; abutments; the land that was of Thomas the Tailor on the east and the other half of the land which the grantor gave to the hospital of St. John of Jerusalem on the west; to hold in free alms; grantees to do the services due to the lords of the fee viz, to Walter Buk(erel) and his heirs lb. of cumin or a silver -id. and to William son of Reinner and his heirs 7d. [f. 88v] and to the canons of Holy Trinity 12s.
