Sale and quitclaim by William fitz(filius) Aluulf to Alan fitz (filius) Peter of all the land whcih John Sperling held of him in the parish of St Andrew the apostle for an annual rent of 18d.; the which land is towards the N of the house of the said John next the royal highway which leads from Estchep towards the taven of London; rendering therefor to the soke of Bou 2d in discharge of all services. IN consideration of which sale and quitclaim the said Alan gave 20s.
