225 Grant by Thomas de Mimmes (s), chandler of Cornhull, to William de Arondel, horse-dealer, of an ann. rent of one mark silver which Thomas received from Simon de Pabenham, mason, from a tenement in Westsmethefeld between that of Simon in the N. and that formerly of John le Taverner in the S. and W. The one mark silver may also be paid from a tenement next to the first one which Simon de Pabenham received from Richard de Westsmethefeld, smith, as in 224. Rent: one rose. Wit.
