[Middx.] A. 2172. Enrolment at the [Husting for] Common Pleas, held
Monday before St. Dunstan the Bishop, 6 Edward II., of the following
grants :
(1.) Grant by William Hardell, citizen of London, to Thomas his son
of two shops with room over and garden in the parish of All Hallows
Fenchirche, London, reaching to the Earl of Gloucester's tenement, and the
yearly rent from a tenement in the parish of All Hallows of Staninggeschirche,
paying yearly 40d. to Holy Trinity, London, and five marcs
to himself for life ; with remainder to his other son John. Witnesses :
Sir John le Blond, Mayor, John de Lincoln, Roger de Parys, sheriffs of
London, John de Armentiers, alderman of the ward, and others (named).

[[[ (2.) Grant by the same to John, his son by Agnes his wife, of three
shops with rooms over adjoining the above shops, paying yearly 40d. to
Holy Trinity, London, and 5 marcs to himself for life ; with remainder
