A. 1501. Confirmation by Pentecost, son of Alured Mercer, to Henry,
son of Henry Blund, and Richard his brother, of the land that Alice his
sister granted them in Aldermannesbury and Bassieshaghe, situate as
described ; which land he also releases to them. If his sister Alice cannot
warrant the lands to them, as being a woman, he will warrant them.
