To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory
For whatever they hold of the priory's fee in the vill ('villa') of Walworth and Newington [both Surrey]. They have surrendered any instruments by which they could sell anything in the said vill to the priory. If any others by which they could sell anything there are found in future they shall be void. For this the priory has paid 80 marks and a palfrey worth 5 marks. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Walworth charters.]
