[Middx.] A. 2217. Grant by Laurence Draper to Richard, the prior, and the
canons of Holy Trinity, London, of 6s. yearly quit rent from land with
buildings in the parish of St. Benedict, Garscherche; for which grant
they have released to him 5s. 4d. yearly rent he paid them for land that
Richard Blandekete formerly held, for a garden adjoining and for a portion
of the garden that Hugh de Sotebrok formerly held. Witnesses : John
Hanyn, Andrew de Sotebrok, John de Lesnes, and others (named).
