Robert Burel, Gilbert de Laigle and William Hardel give the king £10 for summoning Nicholas Deacon of Dunwich, Robert Blofot, Arnald of Diss, Robert son of Ralph, Augustine son of Robert, Augustine son of Buchard, Augustine de Aula, Jocelin son of Richard, Edward son of Richard, Phillip son of Ernald, Constantine son of Lambert, William Brecch’ and Denis son of Ralph before the justices at Westminster at Easter in 15 days to answer Robert Burel for £22 12s. 8d., Gilbert de Laigle for £20, and William Hardel for 26½ m. They have the writ. The sheriff of Suffolk is not 1 ordered to take security, because they have given the king surety for rendering the aforesaid £10 from the first monies by Andrew Bukerel and Bartholomew de St. Martin, citizens of London.
