Quitclaim by William son of John Bitekat (sic.) of Suwerke to London Bridge of all the rights which he has by the will of Henry Gos or otherwise in a certain house, situated at the southern head of the samd bridge; with a renunciation of the papal letters. Obtained by him, in virtue of which Serlo Mercer and William Aleman, the proctors of the bridge, were involved in a lawsuit before the judges of Westminster. In consideration of which quitclaim etc., the same proctors gave the said William 20s.
