sale and quitclaim by sir john de brienford [braynford], chaplain and canon of st pauls, to richard karlton, clerk, of 21s 8d of the 2m arnnual quit rent which john sperling gave to ralph sperleng for the quitclaim of the advowson of the church of st andrew huberd, and emma, daughter of the said ralph, sold to ‘sir’ john aforesaid; the which 21s 8d is payable in respect of a tenement and quay in the parish of st mary de la hulle, sitated between the tenemnt held by john stavy of the abbot and convent of waltham holy cross on the w and billingesgate on the E: rendering therfore to the aforesaid emma 4d yearly; gersuma 17 ½ m
