grant by William de Hakeneye and Juliana his wife, to Ralph the Marshal and Nicholea his wife, of a mark of annual quit rent from their tenement in the parish of St Leonard Eastcheap, the which tenement forms part of the manion (managium) formerly belonging to Stephen FitzNicholas; and lies between that part of the same managium which william de st alabns, chandeler, had of the demise of alice, relict of martin horn on the N, and the tenement of the new hospital without bissoppesgate on the S., for the annual render to the grantor of a clove at Michaelmas.
