Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Andreas capellanus quondam sacrista ecclesie Sancti Pauli dedi et concessi deo et ecclesie Sancte Marie de Messendene et canonicis ibidem deo seruientibus totum tenementum quod habui Londoniis in ueteri piscaria in parochia Sancti Augustini iuxta murum eiusdem ecclesie versus aquilonem scilicet quicquid ibidem habui in terris in lignis in lapidibus in longitudine et latitudine et rebus cunctis. Habendum et tenendum predicte ecclesie de Messend' in liberam et puram et perpetuam elemosinam. Reddendo inde annuatim duos solidos conuentui Sancte Trinitatis London' duobus terminis anni videlicet ad Pascha xijd. et ad festum Sancti Michaelis xijd. Et Alano filio Petri ijd. in die Sancti Michaelis pro omni seruicio et exaccione et rebus cunctis sine omni occasione salua processione ecclesie Sancti Augustini in diebus sollempnibus. Et ut hec mea donacio et concessio stabilis maneat et firma earn presenti carta et sigilli mei testimonio confirmaui.
