Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Alicia flu a Reyneri de Hamme concessi quietumclamui et forisa-ffidaui extra me et heredes meos Arnulfo filio Thedmari quandam terram meam quam habui in parochia Sancte Marie de Sumersete que scilicet terra vincta est veniculo qui uocatur Daneburghzate scilicet quicquid ibidem habui vel habere potui in terris in domibus cum omnibus pertinenciis suis. Habend' et tenend' dicto Arnulpho et heredibus suis in perpetuum faciendo seruicia dominis feodi quantum ad dictam terram pertinet. Et sciendum est quod ego predicta Alicia nec heredes mei nec aliquis per nos vel pro nobis poterimus vel debemus in predicta terra exigere vel clamare in perpetuum. Pro hac autem concessione quietaclamacione et forisaffidacione extra me et heredes meos dedit predictus Arnulphus michi predicte Alicie vnum bizancium aureum.
